UWB Location Single Network Port Anchor A1102P BackBoard Circuit Diagram and PCB Diagram - Price: $150 USD
The A1102P is our best-selling anchor product. The circuit structure is reasonable and the operation is stable.
Use STM32F103RET6 as the main control MCU, W5500 as the network interface, and TPS23753APW as the POE to receive power.
We will provide 4 versions of AD project files: Rev2.0, Rev2.1, Rev2.11, Rev2.2, of which Rev2.2 is the latest version. There are also DWM1000 adapter board project files.
Starting from Rev2.2, the conversion board between the anchor base plate and the UWB module has been changed from welding to pin header, so there are two types of conversion boards.
Please note that only AD project files are provided, and there is no STM32 firmware source code. If you need the firmware source code, please click here: UWB Location Anchor Firmware Source Code - Price: $7,500 USD
Please note that this sales item only includes the anchor chassis and does not include UWB module circuits and PCBs. If you use the original DWM1000 module, we can provide the adapter board PCB diagram.
If you want to produce UWB modules by yourself, we have 3 types of UWB modules for you to choose from.
UWB Module SDWM1000 Circuit Diagram and PCB - Price: $300 USD
UWB Module Anchor-RFM-PA-LNA-ANT Circuit Diagram and PCB - Price: $450 USD
UWB Module UM2000 Circuit Diagram and PCB - Price: $450 USD
UWB Antenna and UWB Module

UWB Antenna and UWB Module
At the beginning of the project, we used DWM1000 modules with built-in ceramic antennas. As the sales work progressed, we found that DWM1000 accounted for too high a proportion of the cost.
We first switched to using a module similar to DWM1000 generated by a third party, but found that the cost was still too high. In addition, we plan to make an outdoor version of the anchor. The antenna must be external, so we cannot use modules with built-in antennas such as DWM1000.
We decided to make our own UWB module.
Bracelet Tag T1202W

Bracelet Tag T1202W
The circuit of the bracelet tag is roughly the same as that of the name-card style tag T1201C. The difference is that the bracelet tag does not have wireless charging or RFID. The main reason is lack of space.
Because our previous customers basically had no demand for bracelet tags, there was no mass production of bracelet tags.
There was once a customer who wanted a bracelet tag with heart rate detection, and we made a sample, but their project was not completed; another customer wanted to add a display/vibration, and we designed a specially designed one, but this customer later did not have it. continue.
For the standard version of the bracelet tag we designed, the main control MCU was changed to STM32F103TBU6 (QFN package), wireless charging was canceled, the alarm button was canceled, and the anti-tamper function was added. The lithium battery was changed to 600mah, and magnetic charging was used.
Indoor Anchor A1106P (Dual Network Ports/POE Power Supply/Can be Cascaded)

Indoor Anchor A1106P
The UWB real-time location system is a TDOA location system using UWB wireless communication technology, with a location accuracy of about 30~50cm.
Both anchors, A1102P and A1106P, are ceiling-mounted and are usually used indoors. The power supply methods are all POE power supplies.
The anchor can be configured as a location anchor or clock source. When configured as a anchor, it is responsible for receiving the UWB location signal sent by the tag and the clock synchronization signal sent by the clock source; when configured as a clock source, it periodically sends the clock synchronization signal. The latest version of the firmware allows the anchor to function as a normal location anchor and clock source at the same time.
A1106P is a dual network port anchor with built-in network switch chip and POE power supply/power receiving chip. One network port is connected to the POE switch, and the other network port is connected to other lower-level anchors. Up to 6 anchors can be connected in series.
Main features
- As a UWB location anchor, receive UWB location signals sent by tags
- As a UWB clock source, regularly send clock synchronization signals to keep the clocks of anchors in the area consistent
- Use POE power supply, no need to provide additional power supply
- A1106P provides another network port to supply power to other network devices and provide network access.
- The IP address can be specified or automatically assigned through DHCP.
- Automatic discovery by the location engine.
- Each anchor has an EUI64 ID that complies with the EUI specification.
- The clock synchronization signal sending interval is configurable
- The PAN ID can be configured to filter irrelevant UWB data packets
- The clock can be synchronized with up to 5 positioned clock sources
- The preamble length/PRF/PAC of UWB communication data packets can be configured, etc.
- anchor firmware can be upgraded
